Inner Wing replacement

Offside Wing removed 17th June 2006

inner wheel arch was quite bad considering nearside wing being replaced showed no signs of rust.

work begins chopping out the rot.

New Metal being cut to shape and nuts welded to back instead of the caged nuts.

Welding into place.

etched primed. Using UPOL ACID ETCH #8

Painted with Zinc 182 then heavily painted with Under seal.

Next step fitting new wing on.
