Cellulose Paint (VOC Complient)

On the 1st of January 2008 Cellulose paint will not be available to the general public. In 2007 Paint stockists are allowed to sell there current stock.

Not quite sure how this will effect the sale of Aerosol cans to the general public but the only available replacement to solvent based paint and finishes is likely to be water based paints currently a lot more expensive than solvent based paints and a lot more temperature dependant and air flow dependant to be able to use in your family garage.

There are exceptions as there always are and one of those is going to be to the marine industry, but hopefully the classic car club will be given the exception as well.

we will have to wait and see.
